This is a workshop for you to take simple control of your life and for you to live life to the full.
In this 1 day workshop we will give you the skills to:
- Motivate yourself to achieve your aspirations in 2010.
- Discover your goals.
- Create balance in your life.
- Learn how to manage your life with goals.
- Learn what your true values are and how to apply these to your every day life with ease.
By balancing your values and goals you will create happiness and harmony in your every day life, through these simple methods.
You will also receive a detailed manual with all the exercises and worksheets to keep you up to date with your goals all year.
In this 1 day workshop, you will walk away with all you need to know to expand and enhance your life in 2010.
