2010, a new decade and a new beginning.

I’m trying to set my business plan for this year, thank god for my sister who’s really pushing me on this!
Rather than re-hashing last years, I’m going to start over and I’ve just decided that I’m going to really push this year. Not that I haven’t in the past, but I kind of let things happen. Rather than taking control, I’ve been a bit passive.

Hence, expect to see me in the media alot more. I want the world to know about Kinesiology, Reiki, Life Coaching, TAT and my new therapy, face reflexology. I want everyone to know how they can help people to overcome fears, break negative patterns and combat destructive thinking. Every day, working with clients, I’m astounded by how these therapies free my clients from patterns they’ve held close for years. Leaving them free to pursue the life that they want.

Its time that Ireland knew about these therapies and what they can do, and I’m committing now to making that happen,
