Hi there,

Well, where do I start? I was working in IT for many years and I did every and any job from front line support to server maintenance to team leader. I searched for my ideal job for 5 years but I always knew that my passion was to be found elsewhere.

I never woke up in the morning, excited about going to work, I felt there was something better out there for me. While I was good at a job that I wasn’t interested in, I imagined what it would be like to do a job I was passionate about! I knew that I wanted to work with people. I’d always loved helping people from a young age and so my transition to Complementary therapist felt very natural.

Now, I’m lucky enough to jump out of bed to go to work every day, and I thank my lucky stars for that!

The road has been great and challenging at times, but I can honestly say that nothing gives me greater joy than working with people, helping them to find whatever it is that they need. To be a part of that process is a real honour and I hope that my business continues to grow even more so that I can reach more and more people.

So that’s why I decided to set up this blog. My degree was in Science and not English so please do forgive my typing and english. But what  you will find here, if not fancy language, is an honesty and an openess. It is my wish to share with you all that i have learnt over the past number of years, from all the books I’ve read, the courses I’ve been on and the people that I’ve worked with. I do hope you find this blog of benefit to you.
