This blog comes from a passion of mine, and that’s sharing knowledge and information. I remember a time, about 5 years ago, when I was going through a personal crises of sorts. I was searching and searching the internet for something that would give me some sort of direction, some new perspective or just something even to distract me from what was going on.

For all the information that was out there at the time, I never found anything. Maybe it was there but I never came across it. From that point, I promised myself that if I was ever in a position to share any sort of insights I’ve gained from my life, then I would do that.

So it’s been a long road, but it’s been worth it to get to this point. Now, I get to live my passion every day, theres nothing that makes me happier than my job and if I can touch someones life in any sort of positive way with this Blog then all the effort and time has been worth while! (and believe me ftp’ing and the likes takes up alot of time!)

Now, I’m not saying that my life is perfect or that I have all the answers, I’m not that evolved or that egotistical! I have, however, learnt a few things and come across some amazing articles that have helped me through my own journey. And so I thought it might help other people if I shared what little I knew, I hope you find the posts informative.

I’ve divided this blog up into three sections:

Laughter

I don’t know how the title came to me, a moment of inspiration perhaps, but to me life is divided into these categories. To love is the greatest gift of all, to laugh lifts our spirits and while life is challenging us we need the love and laugther to get us through it!
